Naw, these guys are all heavy hitters, big brass ones. Most, even at the little league level see patents as a license to steal, not a business prohibition. Reverse engineering & all that. The time to develop a threatening case is on the order of years, likely years too if it ever gets to court. Makes for interesting chatter while we wait for the market to be made for us one way or the other by those in control, tho. BTW, anyone get the same strange ticks at 2:48 today, 100 and 200 shares at 90, right in the midst of trades at 92. Man is that a bad fill for a market sell, or what?
