As I said, since most of the DDR DRAM producers are probably licensees of RMBS the whole thing is a storm in a cup of tea. Zeev, The point of the matter is not whether the DRAM producers are licensed to use the Rambus technology, but that they must pay royalties when they utilize the technology in a product. I brought this up in a post a couple weeks ago but no one responded to it. Maybe Marcy caught it. <gg> techstocks.com As speeds increase, the need to do so will also increase. Since Rambus has patented their techniques, finding an alternative method not subject to Rambus patent infringement, may prove to be difficult. Regards, Jim
