For the period ending June 30, 1999, that isn't too bad. It could have been better, but we have to play with what we have on hand.

DMEC gives every indication, in their latest PR'S, of being on the road to full recovery and then some! This, "then some", should be reflected in the 10-Q for period ending September 30, 1999. Each SEC filing after this one should get better and better.

Do Not Panic!
