Principles of ICC Join Forces to Form Venture Capital Firm

The principles of Investor Communications Company, LLC (ICC) have joined forces with other securities/venture capital industry professionals to form VentureNow, Inc., a venture capital investment firm. The Company, operating since the beginning of the year is raising capital to make direct late stage "bridge" investments in company's which are within 2-12 months of Initial Public Offering or Acquisition.

These are investments to which individual investors rarely have access as the investment is made shortly before the company files for its IPO or just after the company has agreed to be acquired. As these investments will be
made directly by VentureNow, Inc., the Company is raising $10MM, of which a minimum of $7MM will be invested in "bridge".

In addition the company is developing early-stage and mezzanine stage funds for investments at those levels of growth.
