There are two things I was looking for ain't found them.
10K: As of June 30, 1999, there were 59,782,521 shares of the registrant's Common Stock outstanding.
10Q: As of August 9, 1999, there were 56,806,529 shares of common stock outstanding.
Difference: -2,975,992 A reduction in outstanding.shares
10K: The Company filed a Form S-8 on May 19, 1999 registering the 6,000,000 shares of common stock for these options. On May 20, 1999, the Company received $150,000 in cash for the issuance of the 3,000,000 shares and $150,000 from the cancellation of the convertible debentures for the consideration for issuance of 3,000,000 shares of as a result of the options being exercised.
