Chaz,

we all must keep in mind that we don't make the decision about whether a given company is a gorilla or not....the gorilla's customers do that.

I think I understand the essence of your point but I'd like to clarify that to make sure we keep our eye on the ball. The customers don't have any say as to whether the company is a gorilla or a king. It's the characteristics of the company's product and the product adopters that define a gorilla, not the adopters by themselves.
