Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Stephen. So, notwithstanding that the results in the top 2 sands may be absolutely outstanding (to you and I), anyone else that is expecting 1,000+ feet of pay will be disappointed if the JV announces that they will now case and complete at this point rather than continue drilling.

Also, there are still numerous skeptics who question the JV's ability to successfully complete and produce this reservoir. Recurring lost circulation problems which were experienced (and dealt with, I'll add) seem to have raised those concerns again. Maybe the JV just needs to "prove" their ability to produce from the Temblor.

And, of course, there are those who fear the sands must be completely watered out by now. Well, .....
