Time to ask the question that's on everyone's mind...

Was TPII
A) A victim of a dead Y2K sector
B) A victim of inept management
C) A scam from the start

In my opinion, since TPII had no product of any real value (their money came from outsourced labor), since they dropped the ball on the Bigisoft deal, and since there was a time that Y2K companies really did get lots of contracts, I rule out A. Option B has some merit, but based on all the ridiculous predictions, the outright lies, the toxic convertibles, and the offshore accounts, I am inclined to say "C".
