Amigo, The 200 moving average of UWR is only about $21. It has been moving up in the last several days and finally closed at $33.50 today. I am very surprised to see the premium they are willing to pay for a water utility. Well, this is a good sign for investing in this sector. Good luck. Sincerely, Wade
