I read this over on Free Republic. I wish that I could find the article, but since I can't, here is the "gist" of it: One Clinton female admirer commented that shaking hands with Clinton was erotic and sexual. Further, this individual stated that she had never experienced a similar sensation with anyone else. Perhaps the female (and Clinton)in the photograph is having a sexual experience.
