Don, although I appreciate your honesty in representing this as a "shell" company (something that perhaps other less forthcoming "penny stock" companies should do) I can not help escape the feeling that as investments go, this is very close to a pyramid...ie; first ones in and out make the money, leaving the latecomer holding the bag.
Having said that, since you indicate this "shell" has potential, and since you are apparently privy to information "close" to the source, what product(s) does/would this "company" offer that would make a legitimate investment? No respectable (if there are any) newsletters, internet or otherwise are going to recommend a company that has no product....your response?
Like I said, I like your style, a bigger question is, if this goes bust, what will fellow "investors" and the SEC think of your style? We have been on a virtual witch hunt on this board in the last six months for anyone/everyone who even suggests that a penny stock *may* be profitable....the word I am looking for here....cajones, you got `em, my advice (not that anyone asked) is to hold them close to you!<g>
Regards, Hubert
PS, would your sense of "fair play" extend to volunteering past involvement in other shell plays? I know of the profitibility of such endeavors to "brokers" of these deals, are you a broker? |
