Steve,

You write:

<<Why has Nasdaq halted this stock for almost 2 weeks now if DELGF is a credible company? Look at all the companies that got halted BXMNF, CTN, SEXI, IDID, etc. They all tanked after they reopened.>>

I don't know all of these stories but for sure some tanked after re-opening becuase there were real problems with the companies. If Delgratia is a scam as you suggest, then it too will follow the ranks of the dead. However, by suggesting that Delgratia was halted for reasons like IDID etc. then you are projecting the results of Nasdaq's investigation. Personally I am thankful that Delgf is halted so that the exchange officials can perform an objective investigation while the stock is halted. No doubt if the company has been lying to us this puppy will tank. However thus far there is no factual reasons to beleive that Delgratia has done anything out of integritity....ah, except for the vicous rumors. Pursuant to the findings of my broker's site and assay inspection last week I am happy to own the stock. :)

John
