Hi Poseidonas,

<<they've pulled out the pipe and the pressures are too high to allow production.>>

Pure BS, of course. The measured pressures are just as expected !! And, what a relief that is because it means NO DEPLETION FROM THE BLOWOUT !! That in turn means HUGE GAS RESERVES.

Do these brokers think that these pressures are the highest ever encountered in the oil patch or what ?? Maybe they could do a little homework on some of their concerns. No, what am I thinking, that might require some effort !!!

<<At that point we can take our time and drill to deeper zones with the Berkley well. I think this is the logical and smartest thing to do and the market will also agree IMO!>>

"Taking our time" is not the real issue, Poseidonas. The ELH #1 well design imposed constraints upon what the JV can actually do to handle multiple sands and situations like lost circulation. The next well will NOT have the same constraints because the drilling program (i.e. the design) of the ELH #2 well has been modified compared to the program for ELH #1. Isn't there a saying that goes something like "Necessity is the Mother of all Change." ??

<<I think this is the logical and smartest thing to do and the market will also agree IMO!>>

I do not know that this is the most logical thing to do because as much as I would love to have access to all of the technical facts and data, I do not. If I were paying the bills for the well, I'd want to take it as deep as I could without risking the loss of the wellbore or the safety of the crew. If we have reached that point then yes, of course it is time to case, complete, test, produce and cash some cheques !! Otherwise, let's make some more hole and learn something !!!

Later,
