Starnet had quite a few of it's servers for the online gambling based in Vancouver which is illegal. This is where they are going to run into there legal problem.
The porn end of the Starnet problem is no nearly as significant as the gaming. They will most likely be able to wipe there hand of the porn problem with help from there associated companies, but the gaming I don't think so.
