Shake, I've been pushing Waterhouse about my M.Gold certs and getting nowhere, but today I got a call back from customer service. They tell me they are working on it, and promised me an answer to the seemingly immortal question, "where are my freakin' cert?????????" Mind you, I'm not really holding my breath on this, but that's about as encouraging as it's ever been with them. Will tomorrow be a better day? --Coz
