Joseph, the market can be fickle, but IMO IPMCF has done an elaborate assay valuation of its property. The enriched ore pile at GPGI would be almost impossible to value (bank) because of the inhomogeneity of the pile. Drilling undisturbed dirt is easier. There is no doubt that GPGI has considerable value, but what is it? IPMCF is in the process to validate its property and extraction methodology. IPMCF also has the advantage of being mainstream NASDAQ and being owned by institutions. I believe that the ores could be very different and may require different extraction techniques. IMO IPMCF will fly soon and may carry other desert dirt's in its wake. My favorite, MXAM, has 60 square miles of dirt, uses standard fire assay, but is getting hammered lately. As I said the market can be fickle.
