thank you for your response on how you concluded idtc worth. your efforts entitle you to one spam of the idtc board when your site, agoracom.com, is up and running. you do not seem to take into account what i think has caused the deep discount of idtc, the missing of 2 of the last 3 q's. clearly last q, was due to the ramp up of the ntop ipo. how much of a discount should these events cause to your 44-47 fair market price, since investors expect to pay for consistency?
