Yes, I agree that Qwest is probably dead money for a few months, or perhaps even a few quarters. Based upon the Barrons article this week, it even appears that LVLT may make it on to the S&P ahead of Qwest as Qwest needs to close the USW deal first. That puts it out 9 months or more.

Now, on the potential bright side, if Qwest continues to out perform its earnings estimates, it could climb on its own. If it has a successful integration of USW, than its off to the stars next year.

Regardless, I am averaging down.
