It's easy to make accusations. It is not always easy to find the truth. I do not know the truth on TC's record so I will wait until the truth is known for sure before making any comment. My first thought is that many organizations have only been computerized for the last 10 years and that any database type information beyond that can be much harder to find. I had a DBA for a business that I started in the mid 80's that the county could find no record of and they explained that it was before they computerized everything.
