Vendit,

Part of the 80 cents per minute paid to the UK phone company goes to AOL in the form of revenue sharing. The average UK customer logs online an average of 70 hours per month so the monthly fee AOL ends up with is not too far from what it receives in the US.

I have the break out of revenue sharing somewhere and will post

Thanks for the explanation. I was aware of the revenue share scheme with the CLECs in UK, yet did not know that users log an average of 70 hours. Good to hear.

What I meant was that I am hoping that AOL grabs back market share in the UK (in addition to extra revenues ofcourse), which would translate in positive impact on the share price for all those long term holders.
