Let us assume that they shorted 1 million shares causing the stock price to drop to 0.5 from $2. Assume that the average price at which the shares were shorted - $1.5 One day, some daytrading group decides that this OTC-BB stock is the next Microsoft and jump on it. Stock hits 10. The financier/short-seller has paper losses of 8.5 million. Don't you think they are taking substantial risk by playing this game? Regards, Rajiv
