HQ released a "Buy" rating on NTOP at about 8:00 a.m. according to CBS Marketwatch headlines. Another headline noted that HQ thought it was part of the "next investment wave on the internet" and was poised for explosive growth. If anyone has access to the full text of their ratings release, please post.
