Briefing shows BT Alex Brown and H&Q initiate NTOP was a "buy" rating. Bear Stearns initiated coverage with an attractive. All 3 are the firms' rating below their top rating. NTOP is going to give a potful back. With any luck, IDTC will hold its gains, as it is woefully undervalued by any measure. Jay
