Numbers ?? Wow, I thought that was least of the bad news. Did you read the whole report or just look at the numbers.
They have trouble paying vendors in a timely fashion
They have concerns as to whether they can continue
and etc, etc....the whole report was negative. Not only did it not exude confidence in the future, it looks like they are making sure they cover all bases as far as disclosing the negative.
Yea, yea...i expect to hear back from everybody telling me how they are turning the corner..they just started the e-commerce business and etc.....rubbish !
The report said they had marketing difficulties...yea, well they still do ! Looks like they paid an awful lot for merchandise..then sold it for a huge loss.
From toy's to furniture and computers. They are grasping. They will keep looking until they find something they can sell. When this doesn't work, they will announce they took a loss and are selling something else which will be huge.....whent that falters, on to something else...and so on.
Where is this companies identity ? What is, and/or will set them apart. Why do I, or anybody else buy from them ? Seriously, I am not ragging on this...these are serious questions. They are small potatoes. Why would I buy video's from them, computeres from them...or anything else ? Certainly, whatever they have, I can get somewhere else cheaper and easier. Trust me, if DMEC has a hand held for XXX amount of $$'s, you will be able to get the same or better, for cheaper somewhere else.
Man, I can't tell you how disappointed I was reading that report. It was ridiculously nauseating. Anybody that saw differently is denying themselves the truth. Will the company turn things around ??? I have no idea, but it is apparent that up until now, they are struggling severely.
I tell you...I used to be so high on this company. I really, truly thought they would be different. I see now how wrong I was.....I apologize for the rough post, I am just dismayed with all this. I knew the numbers would be bad...I did not expect to see pages and pages of negative carp, though. Every paragraph was something else to be concerned about.
Incidenatly, how come they have not publicly stated anything about how the internet site is doing. I really wonder how much volume they are doing and if they are getting anybody to buy from them except shareholders trying to support them ?? I also question all this crap about not disclosing info about deals in the releases. Something about not wanting the competition to know and so the retailers wouldn't complain. Yea, right !!! I'm a retailer, and I buy $300,000 worth of zoombies or whatever from you, but I don't wan't the free advertising I would get by you announcing my name ???? Don't I wan't to sell this product?? Why on earth would I not wan't the consumer to know they can get this product from me ???? The competition thing is a bunch of baloney as well.....This is business. If you sell $300,000 worth od something to somebody else so they can sell it, it is, and will be known. Look around. THE ONLY FOLKS that don't disclose info, are the one's that have something to be concerned about. They are vague for a reason. All I know is as a shareholder, I own part of the company. If I, wish to know what you are doing with my money, you damn well better tell me. My money is on the table, but your gonna keep me in the dark ?? Can you imagine microsoft saying " we just did a $2,000,000 software deal with a phantom software store in canada " ?? Yea, right. They would tell you the name and all the specifics. Go ahead...spend an hour reading thru companies press releases. Legitamate companies tell you everything. The questionable one's hide as much as possible.
Anyway, sorry to vent......I am just so disgusted with this it is ridiculous. I do wish all of you folks the best of luck and sincerely hope you all make money on this and all your dreams come true.
