How can you not feel there is distortion. Read this CBS report issued at 9AM. They call it a COUP FOR MICROSOFT. Might you say biased?

NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- Microsoft shares gained in pre-open trading Tuesday after an appeals court granted the company a coup in its ongoing battle with Sun Microsystems over Java software.

Microsoft (MSFT: news, msgs) gained 1/2 to 86 5/16, according to Art Hogan, chief market analyst at Jefferies & Co. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a decision made by U.S. District Court Judge Ronald Whyte in November that said Microsoft violated Sun Micro's (SUNW: news, msgs) Java copyright. See Software Report Sun Micro shares lost just 1/16 to 74 3/4 in Instinet trading.

They conveniently leave out: "Today, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed Judge Whyte's determination that Sun is likely to prevail on its claim that Microsoft violated its agreement with Sun..."
