Nevtah Announces Successful Equitable Installation

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 1999--Nevtah Capital Management Corp. (NTAH) announced that Petroleum Asset Management Company (''Pamco'') has completed the first installation of its gas de-watering system for Equitable Resources Inc. (''Equitable'').

Equitable (symbol EQT) is a fully integrated energy exploration, production, transmission, distribution, and marketing company with revenues in excess of $1 billion per year. Pamco has also installed the Cybersensor.Com (''Cybersensor'') Internet/Satellite communication system to enable Equitable to monitor and control the gas well from a remote location. Both systems are operating successfully.

Pamco has installed Cybersensor telemetry on one of its own stripper oil wells in Corsicana, Texas. This system will be used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the technology in monitoring and controlling pump jack operations to the oil and gas industry. There are currently over 600,000 pump jacks operating in the United States that can benefit from Cybersensor's technology to reduce costs and improve operating efficiency. Equitable has also requested Cybersensor to install its remote telemetry on a gas well operated by a pump jack. Cybersensor's system will perform all of the functions of a pump off controller more efficiently and at a cheaper cost.
