Oh my g-d I agree with VS about something. Its statement that all long distance may be a free service or deep discount, IMO is correct. Since PSB has been on board he has said "its not about cheap phone calls" All companies will be bundling services to attract different types of customers. For example, Your long distance telephone will be part of a package that gives you many different services for one fee or scaled fee. Depends on how it will be structured. How will FCM fit in here? If you have done your DD then you will know if they have a shot at capturing some of this market place. Sethy
