I suggest taking a look at GOFR.

I have been told (by an investor in Canada) that a private gambling organization from the U.S. is supposedly putting up substantial dollars to transform the modest gambling operation into a significant off-track betting site. Negotiations are said to be complete, but no one is talking about the details yet.

Can't confirm this information, but GOFR only has about 9 million shares in the float.

GOFR is fully reporting and this rumored deal could result in a significant price increase if the information I received is true. This same information source told me about NYRR earlier this year before it ran to $1.78, so he has been right at least once before.

This could possibly be a very good play. But, as always, be careful.
