<<Kiss of death? Maybe you have forgotten the $1.1 million
in sales orders that have been announced for "THIS" quarter.

Ok, great. But the problem is you best not count on anything until the money is in the bank. They are not telling you enough. Who is the club store ? What are the names and specifics of all these " sales " they announced ?
HOW COME YOU DON"T KNOW THIS. I am not saying all of this is untrue, just that don't count the revenue until it is in the companies hands. In the report, you will notice that the company had considerably more bad debt. Some folks screwed the company out of some cash. Maybe they had one of these big sales, yet they never got paid..it was net 30 or something. I am not saying this is what happened, but somewhere somebody screwed them out of some cash. How do you know all these sales you mention and the company you mentioned are guaranteed cash sales ??? Did they say this ?? No, they didn't tell us anything...nothing about the terms of this deal. I sure hope all these $300,000 deals they announced are cash up front, but I seriously doubt it. If you just had a large sale cash with a brand name company you would be glad to give the specifics. You wouldn't if there were things you didn't wan't people to know.
What happens if you call the company and ask for specifics on one of these $300,000 sales. They will tell you nothing.
Again, I am not saying these deals are not going to happen, but I must question things until they are proven as being correct. I, and any investor not only has every right to question things, but the company should expect us to. With the very limited info they give, we as prudent investors owe it to ourselves to look at everything. How do we know they aren't shipping $300,000 worth of zoombies to some nothing company on credit. We don't. because they won't be specific about any deals they are doing.
Again, I hope all goes as well as some of you think it is, but don't go counting your riches until this company produces and proves it. |
