Looks like they have bettered the exchange ratio from 1-8 to 1-6.785 but have dropped the proposed warrants. Working it out at the new ratio and $2.00 a share for MDER you come up with a value for YFMC of .43 a share. I would expect the market to settle somewhere in between and that it would be higher than the current bid of .30.
