PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet calling within the United States just became more accessible with the introduction of Access Power, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: ACCR - news) Net.Caller(TM) Phone-to-Phone service and its unique flat-rate calling plan.
