To All: NEWS BRIEFS: Novell and Netscape
Joe: Any idea what the BOD for Netscape look's like. It appears that Novell is getting in bed with Netscape and perhaps a better look at the BOD of Netscape might shed some light on a potential marriage.
Do these companies share the same Investment Banker?, any of the same BOD members?, Any large shareholders of Novell?....

Novell and Netscape have announced a strategic alliance to develop a broad range of Internet and extranet solutions on current and future Novell platforms. They will form a joint company, Novonyx based in Utah, that will adapt, integrate and sell the Netscape Suitespot family of server software on the Novell Intranetware networking platform.
