When the SEC protests the rights of shareholders it is future ... that statement is a future tense. Shorters know this. They drive it down and hope the SEC steps in and halts it. Simple as that. Until you understand shorting and how it works you will never understanding a TA of a stock or its chart. Front loaders do and slammers that make it a daily scenario to slam a certain stock. Notice they never are positive. Just check the MMs on a slammer and when they are posting. You nmight just get a good idea of what is going on. Also the SEC is NOT going after an MM for doing what they are suppose to do ... Keep a stock liquid. WHatever they have to do. Unbelieveavble 1.4M cross overs today. Exactly where the slammers projected. I do not believe in the selling BS. To obvious what is going on in this manipulation. :-) GB
