John:INSIDER REPORT: 'Many govt bunkers are being built around the country, including one blocks from White House for Klinton' to govern the country (via State of National Emergency?). Three have been confirmed: LA, NY, I think the other is in Ohio. This comes from a defense contractor definately 'in the know'! Coming to a city near you? The declaration of State of National Emergency, from so many bits and pieces I have read, also reading between the lines in many reports, and with applied logic, increasing and daily now makes State of National Emergency appear to be more and more of a pre-determined policy! It will not be much longer until the American masses find out just how deceived they have been- of course, the political spin will be when this all gets announced, "We were waiting until the last minute until we were absolutely certain that the grid would not be fixed in time, so we were taking every precaution first to ensure the mindless masses wouldn't get too upset too soon".
