Duker,

Again, as a liberal artisan, I am grateful for your insights into both the laws of physics and the current research in the field.

Launcelot: "Who are you, who are so wise in the ways of science?"
Arthur: "I am Arthur, King of the Britons."

I am intrigued by a world populated by 'one-of-a-pair-socks.' It would be interesting to note if the parallel human population has evolved to compensate for a world with no matching pairs. Could this be a race of one-legged humanoids?

My mischievous side says that they might use them in the same manner as the Red Hot Chili Peppers did on a Rolling Stone cover. However, I know for a fact that they do not have feet at all. They travel on small wheel-like appendages. They use the socks for their golf clubs.

Doug
