In the Hmmmm category....HLTH with a float of 5M shares has been very active of late with very little movement...In the last 10 days HLTH has trade over 20M shares or over 4x the float, however the price has remained in a close spread (about 5-6 points)

This would seem to indicate that a whole batch of new owners now control this issue....furthermore, it suggests that there are few sellers willing to part with the shares at any lower price.... I submit that HLTH is a SAM stock, being accumulated by others

As of 7/8, 43%!! of the shares were short at 77 or so..

Is the current activity conversion of shorts to longs?
Are the new holders trying to keep the price down to seek complete control??
With such a difference between float and volume, why isn't HLTH moving?

I would be pleased to hear comments and opinions..

Kevin
