Don't know. SEC filing on Aug 20 does not specify any dates. Only definite info mentions filing for $86.25M max, underwriters are MSDW, SSB, DLJ and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC. Balance sheet shows about $43M in cash and cash equivalents, don't know if this includes the $49M from Cisco, probably not, so they may not be in a hurry.
