Rajiv, I doubt that description is an accurate representation of what happened. But the debentures were described as convertible, so that would likely indicate a ceiling price somewhere. My suspicion is that what was described was in fact a floorless. Of course without details, it's just speculation on my part. I'm not sure what the point of fictionalizing the story was.
