It is. It's under "FAQ" in the SI Navigation dropdown.

And anyway, if you do forget it, mr.mark's suggestion just might work to get slat letters out of sanserifs. <g> Getting italic is a bit more difficult, but if you have a degauss button on your monitor, you could press that and see all the letters become curly.
