"If dis earns 1.7 million FROM OPERATIONS for the quarter, and if BRK owns 2% of disney, then, on a proforma basis, take ~34,000 and add it to BRK earnings for the quarter. If there has be a dividend distribution, subtract that. Do this for all companies and look at the capitalized figure separate from the STOCK asset base of BRK

I told Leroy this yesterday, but WEB deducts the hypothetical tax that would have been due if they had been distributed to BRK.
