Ga Bard, get past it, someone is converting shares! Does the old management of the old company have a right to convert their old company shares to new ORXX common at current or x day average prices? You are so hung up on the bad boy shorts that it's clouding your judgment IMO. Forget Tim, he's not the problem, he's a friend, do you hear me?????????????
