Strange action in OEI today. Traded down close to 10% today and that after the only news was an upgrade. I was sitting on a limit buy for 1000 at 10 3/4 late in the day. It trades right through my price and I get it at 10 9/16. It then recovers to the close. You occasionally get a 1/16 lower but 3/16 was unusual in my experience, especially on no news. Not complaining, of course, since I saved a few bucks and I still like it a lot. Fully loaded here and not planning to trade it. John
