rumors are stating to heat up. Alcatel rumored to be the leader (see scuttlebutt on www.tsd.org) Kasten is likely getting ready to make the major restructuring and this is helping move the volume and the price. Likely resistant ant 1 dollar. A break out should cause us to retest 52 week high...that is if Kasten does the job it is supposed to do!
