China Resources has applied for an extension with the SEC and plans to file its 1996 Form 10-K report on or before April 15, 1997. Strange- SEC doesn't show any NT 10K filing for chrb through 6:24 pm April 1. Sure were alot of them filed today. The NT 10-k is the only way I know of to request an extension. Wonder how one can apply and not file the NT 10-K. Is it becouse its April 1? Tony
