Well Richard, I do not believe there is a conversion going on, period. And there is nothing to support that theory from the company to the TA. According to the orginal DD the ex shareholders of MMDL got 3M. Consultants got 8M because they bought the MMDL shell. IS the consultants that got 8M doing this ... I doubt that too becuase why would they do this. It is so obvious blatant ... Last time I thought all these scenario was the answer on a stock I discovered it was flat out MM manipulation and when it got nailed it went from .02 to .25... ANd there are others. Plus TIM is NOT a FRIEND!!! The heat is on there. But that does not matter either. Everyone I know is out their investment ... No one has made a penny on this stock since it started its fall. No one in there right mind would want to have anyone all over them. But that is my opinion but this MM code tactic is one of the absolute worse I have ever watched ... Also I do not get emotional either though I do not like what I am seeing there is not much I can do but let it drop and get more on the floor. :-) GB
