Folks,

Although things look bad, I don't think that they are as
bad as they seem. I spoke with Daphne about a week or so
back and she told me that things were going well. Naxos
has financing and should have money to keep things moving. I
don't recall the amount Naxos would get, but she said there
would be dilution. She also indicated that Father Gregory
had made an offer but I don't know much of the details.

It would really be great if this signified the end of the
war and we could get back to proving up what exists at
Franklin Lake.

Paul
