Detail-MD My advise is to print out any confirmations you have, hopefully emails. Hold their feet to the fire and they will make it good. I have never had this problem but have read many posts from people that have. You could always email the SEC your question (or at least tell etrade you are dong that) if you have the information to back your claims. I'll bet you etrade makes it good. IMO Vendit
