Why today was so important:

Besides the fact that the company presented a positive picture of the most recent quarter and a very enthusiastic picture of potential going forward, today's run-up in price and heavy volume presented an opportunity for major sellers to liquidate their holdings.

Fred Gillman recently filed to sell 390,000 shares, which according to ETPI were actually sold earlier in August, so he is believed to be out of the way.

The Drury's still had roughly 300,000 shares of stock left of their 1.3 million shares to sell from their formerly restricted stock holdings. I believe the block selling towards the end of the day was the removal of the Drury's position, which was really the last major hurdle of resistance.

With the major sellers cleared out, buying should be met with less resistance. It looks like the company is ready to move forward, and several press releases (according to SafeCents) appear to be heading our way to show us even more progress with the company. In my opinion, I finally think that now would be a good time to average down. The near-term upside potential is much better than it has been during the past nine months.
