Some background and information on GOFR: Outstanding Shares: 16.5 million Float: 8.9 million 52 week high: .66 cents A few links biz.yahoo.com snap.com mach.quote.com Overview According to the most recent 10Q filed on June 30, 1999, the Company has been reorganizing for the past year and is in the process of establishing new lines of business. Off-track horse gambling and video lotteries will play a key role in its future as the company focuses more on gambling, especially over the Internet. In addition, the company owns the rights to the GolfJackT, a wonderful device for golfers. I own one and love it!! The "word on the street" is that a major marketing campaign for the GolfJackT is the works. Management I don't have a lot of information on management yet, other than that the Pres/CEO of GOFR is also the the Pres/CEO of a bigger health care and health care products company. Management has kept the company current with its filings, obviously in contemplation of its future plans. Thats all I have for now . . . I'll post more as I get it. Socs
