ShamukE -- meaning no disrespect, but if you have such specific questions, why not call Ancor directly and ask? They should be able to tell you how long the quiet period is/isn't. Then you can move on from there. In fact, you can ask them all sorts of questions when you've got them on the phone. You may ultimately decide you've backed the wrong horse, even. But at least you'll hear the info first hand. (*note -- I see that the IR number now appears in the post before mine. Even easier! I was not so kind.) Relying on the kindness of other Net posters (even as great a group as the long-time Ancor folks are) simply creates angst if you don't also have the ability to answer some questions yourself. At least, that's my experience. I only post this on the board (as opposed to PM) because I think many readers of this thread forget this simple fact. I am not trying to single you out in any way. Honest. the freep
